- we provide you with contact numbers for calls and faxes
- you decide what services you are happy to pay for and what to do without
- all of your tax information is processed in a matter of hours or days and is filed using our e-filing agency status
- we offer extended business hours so that you can deal with your tax return from home
- our fees are not time dependent, but fixed
- our fees are quoted before you commit
- our fees include VAT
- we accept payment by cheque or telephone banking
- if you wish, we can work alongside your other advisers and accept information from them
- we can offer you other tax and accountancy services directed at private individulas, such as our Lifestyle Accounting services.
- we have designed the service to ensure that nothing is overlooked by you or by us because it is essential that any tax return you file is correct and complete
- We are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as a firm of Chartered Accountants. We are also registered with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) as a firm of Chartered Tax Advisers.
